Accessing Voicemail

There are 3 ways in which you can access your voicemail.

  1. Method 1: Dial *98 from any extension in your office and enter your mailbox number and voicemail password.

  2. Method 2: Press the voicemail button on your telephone or dial your extension and enter your voicemail password.

  3. Method 3: Call your extension from any phone. When your voicemail picks up, Press “*”. The system will ask for your extension number and then voicemail password.
