# Call Recording

You can enable call recording on your Phone Numbers. Use it to collect valuable data on the quality of service your customers are receiving and to ensure agents are adhering to company policies and procedures during the call.

<table data-card-size="large" data-view="cards" data-full-width="true"><thead><tr><th></th><th></th><th data-hidden></th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Call Record</strong></td><td>Press *2 from your phone while on call to record your phone conversation.</td><td></td></tr></tbody></table>

* You can access the recorded calls by logging into the Cebod Telecom Portal from the section **Activities -> Call Records**.&#x20;
