Daily Spent Control

The Daily Spent control allows administrators to manage and monitor daily call spending using configurable limits and automated email alerts.

Navigation: Go to Tools/Settings > Global Settings

Configuration Options:

  • Daily Spend Limit (in $): Specifies the maximum dollar amount allowed to be spent on calls per day.

  • Daily Spent Warning Alert (in %): Sets the percentage threshold of the daily spend limit at which a warning email is triggered.

    • Alerts are sent every hour once this threshold is reached.

  • Daily Spent Critical Alert (in %): Sets the percentage threshold for a critical alert email.

    • Alerts are sent every 10 minutes once this threshold is crossed.

Notes:

  • Limits apply only to call-related spending.

  • Settings are customizable to suit user requirements.

  • Emails are sent to both the admin and all user-admin email addresses.
