Instructions for installation and configuration of Cebod Dialer
Open the Downloaded file.
You need the Company Phone Number, Extension Number and Web password. Ask your account administrator for this information if you do not have it already.
Enter the information and click on Save.
This is how the Cebod Desktop Dialer looks. You can make calls from here.
When you are "Online", you can check the online icon at the bottom of the Cebod Dialer window.
You can check the call history as well.
