Configure Cebod VoIP Softphone for Windows

Download any one of the following versions of the desktop application.

Application Version	Description (Use Case)
EXE Installer	The most commonly used version; is suitable for standard installations with a user-friendly setup.
MSI Installer	Ideal for bulk deployment or managed installations via IT/admin tools

Instructions for installation and configuration of Cebod Dialer

Unzip and open the downloaded file.

Cebod Softphone Account Setup

You need the Company Phone Number, Extension Number and Web password. Ask your account administrator for this information if you do not have it already.

Cebod VoIP Softphone Configuration

Enter the information and click on Save.

This is how the Cebod Desktop Dialer looks. You can make calls from here.

When you are "Online", you can check the online icon at the bottom of the Cebod Dialer window.

You can check the call history as well.
