# 6. Creating a Dial Plan

In the left navigation of Microsoft Teams admin center, go to Voice > Dial plans > Click Add

Under Normalization rules, click Add, Enter Name, Description, Pattern ^(.\*)$ and Translation $1 and then click Apply.
