In the left navigation of the Microsoft Teams admin centre, go to Voice > Voice routing policies, and then click Add.
Type CEBOD as the name and add a description.
Under PSTN usage records, click Add PSTN usage, select the "CEBOD" PSTN usage record, and then click Apply.
Click Save.
