# 2. Creating PSTN usage record

This step enables PSTN usage for Direct Routing

In the left navigation of the Microsoft Teams admin centre, go to Voice > Direct Routing, and then in the upper-right corner, select Manage PSTN usage records.

Click Add, type CEBOD, and then click Apply.
