Voicemail Transcription

The Voicemail Transcription feature converts voicemail audio messages into text, making it easier for users to quickly read and review messages without listening to the full recording.

Activation / Deactivation:

1. Navigate to Phone System > Users/Extensions.

2. Select and Edit the desired extension.

3. Set Enable Voicemail = True and under Voicemail Attach File in Email, select Transcribe.

4. Click Update to save the settings.

Delivery via Email:

• Transcribed voicemails are sent to the email address associated with the extension.

• Each email will include both the voicemail audio recording and the transcribed text.

Viewing via Dashboard:

• Go to Activities > Messages.

• Under the Transcription column, the text version of the voicemail will be displayed.
