Call Forward

Call forwarding is a phone feature that enables users to forward or redirect incoming calls. The various keys for enabling and disabling call forwarding on Yealink Handset are:
  • Call Forward AlwaysPress*72 followed by the extension or the Phone Number that you would like to set up the call forwarding to.
  • Cancel Call Forward- Press *73 and the handset will inform you that call forwarding as been cancelled.
  • Call Forward on No AnswerPress *74 followed by the extension or the Phone Number that you would like to set up the call forwarding to.
  • Cancel Call Forward on No AnswerPress *75 and the handset will inform you that call forwarding as been cancelled.
  • Call Forward when BusyPress *76 followed by the extension or the Phone Number that you would like to set up the call forwarding to.
  • Cancel Call Forward when BusyPress *77 and the handset will inform you that call forwarding as been cancelled.
  • Call Forward to a Cell Phone number - Press *78 followed by a Phone number to setup call forwarding to that particular Phone Number.
  • Cancel Call Forward to a Cell Phone number - Press *79 followed by a Phone number to cancel call forwarding to that particular Phone Number.
Setting up Call Forwarding from the Handset:
Press the soft key on the handset associate with the Menu -> Features -> Call Forwarding soft key. Now select the type of call forwarding (Always/Busy/No Answer), enable it and enter the 10 digit Phone Number or Internal extension number you would like your calls to be forwarded to under "Forward To".
Select the Save soft key to save your entry.
Once you have selected Save, you will be brought back to the main screen of the handset and a call forwarding icon will be shown on the main screen.
Disabling Call Forwarding from the Handset:
Menu -> Features -> Call Forwarding soft key. Now select the type of call forwarding (Always/Busy/No Answer) and disable it.
Select the Save soft key to save your entry.
